V Consulting‛s business model is based on positive referrals, we believe strongly that referral is the greatest form of flattery.
“Vanessa is heavily invested in rural Oregon and that makes her a much better fit for us than a Portland or Seattle firm.“
—Melissa Cribbins, Coos County Commissioner (link to article)
Working with Vanessa is a real win. She brings excellent professional skills, experience and insight and is an absolute pleasure to work with. My organization has greatly benefited as a direct result of her involvement.
— Raj Rambob, Executive Director, Home & Hope Interfaith and Community Support for Homeless Families, San Francisco, California
Vanessa joined us as Interim Deputy Administrator for the Health Department while we were conducting a hiring process for a new deputy. Vanessa did a great job stepping in and taking on work projects from day one. Additionally, her specialized skills and knowledge allowed us to move forward on several projects that had previously been on hold. Vanessa also assisted with the hiring process and ensured a smooth transition for the new deputy administrator. It is not often someone can walk into a high level position and start contributing immediately, but Vanessa was able to do it quite successfully. Thank you!
— Peggy Madison, Health Administrator, Douglas County Health & Social Services
Working with Vanessa gave me confidence that our Montessori charter school grant would be approved and it was! Vanessa deserve a hearty congratulations for helping our non-profit get the grant it needed to support the children in our area. Her expertise was invaluable!
—Courtney Neifert, Discovery Woods, Brainerd, Minnesota
Executive coaching with VConsulting provided me with tools to evaluate and improve the services we offer. Working with someone like Vanessa, who is not only experienced and knowledgeable in the field, but is sensitive and supportive to my experience was great. Working with her increased my confidence to take the steps to making needed changes.
— Anna D‛Amato
I am SO impressed with the presentation last night! Vanessa was excellent! I would be VERY interested in attending any other presentations that she has scheduled in this area!"
